Apparent concrete relief: Ion Stendl<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Amplasat \u00een centrul municipiului Bucure\u0219ti, obiectivul se remarc\u0103 prin simplitatea volumului de tip lam\u0103, sus\u021binut de elementele structurale din beton armat amplasate la nivelul parterului. Partiul e compus cu circula\u021bii verticale laterale cu birouri dispuse \u00een jur \u0219i un amfiteatru la parter. Se distinge printr-o plastic\u0103 simpl\u0103, prin tratarea volumului din elemente prefabricate, prin sobrietatea de detaliu a fa\u021badelor cu benzi dispuse orizontal pe fiecare nivel, frumos propor\u021bionate, \u0219i cu o cald\u0103 vibra\u021bie de mozaic gri \u00eenchis. Pe peretele exterior al amfiteatrului se remarc\u0103 un relief \u00een beton aparent, iar la interior \u2013 un mozaic impresionant pe peretele holului de acces catre amfiteatru, ambele semnate de Ion Stendl. Obiectivul se afl\u0103 din 1991 pe Lista monumentelor istorice, cu indicativul B-II-m-B-18843.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Located in the center<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>of Bucharest, the building is notable for the simplicity of the slab-shaped volume, supported by reinforced concrete structural elements at the ground floor level. The layout includes lateral staircases with office spaces organized around them and an amphitheatre at ground level. The simplicity of the approach is visible in the use of precast elements, in the sobriety of fa\u00e7ade details, with beautifully proportioned horizontal stripes at all levels, and in the warm vibrations of dark grey mosaic. The outer wall of the amphitheatre is decorated with a relief in apparent concrete, while inside an impressive mosaic adorns its access hall. Both works are signed by Ion Stendl.
