Architects: Doru Dumitrescu, Kosma Yurov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hotelul Neptun are o siluet\u0103 dominat\u0103 de dou\u0103 axe: accesul principal, foaierul, spa\u021biile de primire, s\u0103lile de conferin\u021b\u0103, restaurantul \u0219i anexele tehnice se dezvolt\u0103 pe orizontal\u0103, \u00eentr-un ansamblu de corpuri cu un singur nivel \u00een care predomin\u0103 partea opac\u0103, cu elemente decorative verticale<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>prefabricate. Spa\u021biile de cazare sunt amplasate \u00eentr-un corp de tip bar\u0103 cu opt niveluri, cu o fa\u021bad\u0103 riguroas\u0103, \u00een care predomin\u0103 unghiul drept. Ast\u0103zi hotelul nu mai func\u021bioneaz\u0103 la capacitate integral\u0103. Cl\u0103direa se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare mai bun\u0103 dec\u00e2t altele din sta\u021biune \u00een urma reabilit\u0103rii inadecvate din anii preceden\u021bi, \u00eens\u0103 pe terase \u0219i pe fa\u021bade cre\u0219te vegeta\u021bia, iar platformele de acces \u0219i spa\u021biile verzi reflect\u0103 starea general\u0103 de degradare.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Neptun Hotel has an outline defined by two axes: the main access, the lobby, the reception halls, the conference rooms, the restaurant and technical spaces are organized in a horizontal group of single-storey buildings, dominated by opaque walls decorated with vertical precast elements. The accommodation area is in a vertical, 8-storey slab-shaped building, with a rigorous fa\u00e7ade dominated by right angles. The hotel no longer functions at full capacity today. The building is in better shape than other facilities in the resort after the recent rehabilitation, of questionable quality. However, the terraces and fa\u00e7ades are invaded by vegetation and the accessways and gardens reflect its general state of degradation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1967.
