Architects: Serban Manolescu, Radu Manaila et al.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La fel ca Belvedere, Hotelul Panoramic dispune de fa\u021bade \u00een care predomin\u0103 deschiderile c\u0103tre falez\u0103, ce permit luminarea natural\u0103. Caracteristica lor principal\u0103 sunt terasele retrase succesiv, av\u00e2nd func\u021biuni \u0219i de cazare, \u0219i publice.<\/p>\n<p>Cele trei cl\u0103diri au fost cump\u0103rate \u00een 2007 de o agen\u021bie de turism cu capital strain,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>care trebuia s\u0103 modernizeze complexul, dar nu a f\u0103cut-o. Doar Hotelul Amfiteatru se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare ceva mai bun\u0103. Celelalte dou\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare avansat\u0103 de degradare, iar Panoramic este \u00een starea cea mai proast\u0103. Aici cazarea se poate face doar la etajele inferioare, restul cl\u0103dirii fiind \u00eenchis\u0103. Majoritatea geamurilor sunt sparte, t\u00e2mpl\u0103ria exterioar\u0103 este distrus\u0103 chiar \u0219i pe por\u021biunile \u00een care a fost \u00eenlocuit\u0103, <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>exist\u0103 zone \u00een care \u00eenchiderile stau s\u0103 se pr\u0103bu\u0219easc\u0103 \u0219.a.m.d. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Like Belvedere, Panoramic Hotel displays fa\u00e7ades with large openings towards the beach, allowing for the natural lighting of the building. Its main feature are the successive setback terraces, serving both as part of the accommodation area and as public spaces. The three buildings were bought in 2007 by a foreign capital tourist agency that was supposed to modernize the complex but failed to do so. Only Amfiteatru is in a slighly better situation. The other two are in decay, worst of all Panoramic. Here, only the lower floors are still open for guests, the rest of the building being closed. Most windows are broken, the exterior joinery is destroyed (even the bits where it has been replaced), there are areas where the frames are ready to fall off a.s.o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1970-1972.
