Architects: Serban Manolescu, Radu Manaila et al.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Hotelul Belvedere, \u00een alc\u0103tuirea fa\u021badelor predomin\u0103 zona vitrat\u0103, iar terasele largi deschise c\u0103tre plaj\u0103 au ferestre \u00een band\u0103, o imagine specific\u0103 modernismului \u0219i un accent liniar puternic \u00een compozi\u021bia fa\u021badei. Elementele prefabricate ale fa\u021badelor, cu forme geometrice regulate, sunt un accent plastic prin care se creeaz\u0103 un aspect<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>riguros \u0219i ritmat. Leg\u0103tura dintre cele trei cl\u0103diri se face prin sc\u0103ri exterioare generoase, pasarele \u0219i terase ample la nivelul parterului, care men\u021bin imaginea unei curbe continue. Hotelul este \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare. E nevoie de sensibilizarea autorit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i a societ\u0103\u021bii civile fa\u021b\u0103 de pericolul \u00een care se afl\u0103 ansamblul.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The fa\u00e7ades of the Belvedere hotel are dominated by glazed surfaces, while the large terraces opening to the beach have horizontal rows of windows &#8211; a mark of modernist architecture and a strong liniar accent in the composition. The precast concrete elements of the fa\u00e7ades, in regular geometrical shapes, are a visual accent creating a rigorous rhythm. The three buildings are connected through generous exterior stairs, bridges and large terraces on the ground floor, creating the image of a continous curved outline. The hotel is in very bad condition. An awareness campaign is necessary in order to alert the authorities and the civil society about the risk of destruction this complex is facing.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1970-1972.
