I.P.B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sala de cinema e andorsat\u0103 unui bloc de locuin\u021be, pe por\u021biunea dintre dou\u0103 sc\u0103ri, iar intrarea se face prin parterul blocului, unde a fost prev\u0103zut vestibulul, cu casele de bilete \u0219i biroul administrativ, \u0219i holul, cu un bufet. Din hol se accede printr-un vomitoriu \u00een sala de spectacole. Sala este tratat\u0103 \u00een gradene, iar \u00een spa\u021biul de sub ele sunt amplasate grupurile sanitare, \u00eenc\u0103perile de serviciu \u0219i spa\u021biile tehnice. Amplasamentul nu a permis crearea unei<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>intr\u0103ri reprezentative. Sunt mai interesante fa\u021badele laterale, prin tratarea volumului cu pl\u0103cu\u021be ceramice \u0219i a evacu\u0103rilor cu traforul decorativ. Urm\u0103rim starea avansat\u0103 de degradare din ultimii ani, ceea ce nu a oprit RADEF s\u0103 cedeze spa\u021biul unei entit\u0103\u021bi comerciale, \u00een defavoarea unui Grup de Ini\u021biativ\u0103 sus\u021binut de Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 4 pentru a revitaliza cinemtograful.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The cinema hall is placed behind an apartment building, in between two entrances. It is accessed through the ground floor of the residential building, where the ticket lounge, the office and the lobby, including a bar, are located. From the lobby, a vomitory leads to the hall. The hall has stepped rows of seats, under which the lavatories, service and technical rooms have been placed. The location did not allow a representative entrance. The lateral fa\u00e7ades are more interesting, with the volume covered in ceramic plates and the exits decorated with perforated concrete. We are monitoring the advanced state of decay, which did not stop RADEF from leasing the building to a company, not to the Initiative Group supported by the District 4 Council and aimed at reopening the cinema.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201960.
