Singura activitate de subzisten\u021b\u0103 care are loc \u00een cl\u0103dire este o sal\u0103 de bingo. Finisajele interioare prezint\u0103 aceea\u0219i stare de degradare deoarece administratorii cl\u0103dirii nu au mai realizat nici un fel de lucr\u0103ri de \u00eentre\u021binere.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Built in 1977, Independenta (Independence)Cinema is located in the very heart of the city, where it functioned until 2006. In 2010, the 668-seat hall, with a built surface of over 1,400 sqm, was taken over by the City Hall from the Film Distribution Administration Agency (RADEF). The only activity still going on there is a subsistence business &#8211; a bingo hall. The building is in an advanced state of decay: the exterior plaster, the exterior access stairs, the hydro insulation of the plinths and the finishings have all been seriously deteriorated by exposure to the weather.
