The rhythm of the building was clearly defined by the stone columns, with decorative elements of mosaic on the lateral wing of the complex. The mosaic works, classified as historic monuments, were signed by M. Burea. In 2018, the building was demolished to make place for German retailer Kaufland. According to the current regulations for buildings on the Historic Monuments List, any intervention should be approved by the National Heritage Committee. We have no doubt that the building permit file included this authorization.

Construit în 1971.
