Exprimarea \u00een partiu a acestei func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi se traduce prin pozi\u021bia accesului fa\u021b\u0103 de imensul panou de mozaic ce decoreaz\u0103 fa\u021bada principal\u0103. Mozaicul, intitulat \u201eGeneze\u201d, realizat din piatr\u0103 natural\u0103, este semnat de Jules Perahim \u0219i Mac Constantinescu. El acoper\u0103 integral unul din pere\u021bii laterali ai s\u0103lii de spectacole.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Imobilul, \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urarea lui, formeaz\u0103 fundalul pie\u021bei create pentru noua dezvoltare de pe falez\u0103. Cl\u0103direa finalizat\u0103 este \u00eens\u0103 un edificiu reprezentativ pentru toat\u0103 acea perioad\u0103 de dezvoltare, pe tot litoralul rom\u00e2nesc.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Mangalia Cultural Center is clearly distinguishable by its asymmetric layout and by the lateral position of the main hall. This arangement translates in the general organization of the building by having the entrance also placed laterally in relation with the huge mosaic decorating the main fa\u00e7ade. The mosaic, in natural stone, is entitled \u201eGeneses\u201d and signed by Jules Perahim and Mac Constantinescu. It covers entirely one of the lateral walls of the theatre hall.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The edifice unfurls as a backdrop for the square designed for the new development on the seaside.
