The layout is remarkable for its volumetric purity. The building includes a polyvalent hall, with club functions on the sides and the main front left open to natural lighting through tall windows. The unitary volumetry is provided by the solid elements spanning over both floors and is highlighted by the high theatre hall. The conference rooms and exhibition spaces were created to respond to the need for communication and human contact, while the workshop area offered active rest to the general public.
