I.P.C.T.B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Fostul Institut de Proiect\u0103ri Tip din Bucure\u0219ti a elaborat un num\u0103r important de proiecte tip, pe baza c\u0103rora s-au executat mii de construc\u021bii industriale, de locuin\u021be \u0219i de cl\u0103diri social-culturale din \u021bar\u0103, dar \u0219i din alte \u021b\u0103ri ale blocului socialist. Cl\u0103direa are un partiu cu circula\u021bii verticale dispuse central \u0219i birouri dispuse perimetral. Se distinge prin tratarea integral\u0103 a fa\u021badelor cu elemente prefabricate din beton aparent. \u00cen 1992, Institutul s-a privatizat, devenind societate pe ac\u021biuni, sub denumirea I.P.C.T., \u0219i a \u00eencercat s\u0103 se adapteze la nout\u0103\u021bile \u0219i tendin\u021bele contemporane din domeniul construc\u021biilor. \u00cen ultimii ani, I.P.C.T. a abordat domeniul reabilit\u0103rilor energetice pentru cl\u0103diri de locuit, ceea ce se poate remarca \u00een capital\u0103 \u0219i \u00een alte ora\u0219e rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, unde are loc mutilarea ireversibil\u0103 a multor ansambluri de locuin\u021be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The former Bucharest Design Institute for Standardized Buildings (now the I.P.T.C.) has completed an important number of standardized plans, which served for thousands of industrial, residential, social and cultural buildings in Romania, as well as in other socialist countries. The layout includes vertical circulations in the center and offices positioned around them. All the fa\u00e7ades are in precast apparent concrete. In 1992, the Institute was privatised, becoming a joint stock company, under the name I.P.C.T. The business tried to adapt to contemporary tendencies in constructions. Over the last years, it focused on energy-efficient rehabilitations of residential buildings, noticeable in Romanian cities and in the capital, where many apartment buildings are irreversibly mutilated.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit\u0103 \u00een 1965.
