The position of the new building, as a connection between two edifices of completely different architecture, requires it to be of neutral aspect. The main façade, looking north, is clad in ceramic bricks with simple vibrations, with the ample main entrance as its only accent. Currently, the building is deteriorated, with water infiltration, façades in bad shape and improvised repairs among the problems that require urgent intervention.

Construită în 1968.
