Complexul cu o volumetrie dinamică era impresionant pentru vremea lui și pentru calitățile inginerești aplicate într-o zonă cu seismicitate ridicată. Ansamblul constă din 4 turnuri de locuințe colective edificate pe radier central, îmbinate cu trei corpuri de servicii și funcțiuni socio-culturale, toate amplasate în zona care va deveni centrul sectorului Botanica. Plastica volumelor, formele curbe ale articulațiilor, tractul contemporan, jocul intens al umbrelor, cultura prelucrării elementelor prefabricate și bunul gust dovedit de arhitecți fac clădirea să fie printre cele mai valoroase construcții pe cofraj glisant din Chișinău. În zilele noastre complexul a ajuns o ruină, infestat de construcții parazitare pe toată zona facilităților. Blocurile au suferit mutilări prin închideri neautorizate de balcoane sau izolații termice aleatorii.
The complex, boasting a dynamic volumetry, was impressive for its time and for the engineering qualities displayed in a highly seismic region. It included four apartment towers on a central foundation slab and three wings for services and social/cultural functions, all located in the area later to become the Botanica District center. The expressive volumes, the curved articulations, the contemporary style, the intense dance of shadows, the culture of working with precast elements and the tasteful choices of the architects placed this edifice among the most valuable slipform technique buildings in Chisinau. Today, the complex has ended up in ruin and the commercial area is infested by parasite buildings. The towers were mutilated by unauthorized balcony closings and random thermal insulations.
