Harta obiectivelor arhitecturale modernist-socialiste ale Rom\u00e2niei \u0219i Republicii Moldova este o mic\u0103 parte din cercetarea aprofundat\u0103 a Asocia\u021biei B.A.C.U. desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 pe parcursul anilor 2013-2018 pe \u00eentreg teritoriul ambelor tari . \u00cen ace\u0219ti ani B.A.C.U. a \u00eentreprins activit\u0103\u021bi de cercetare, identificare, monitorizare, protejare \u0219i includere \u00een inventarul asocia\u021biei a obiectivelor modernist-socialiste, cu inten\u021bia de a le include ulterior pe cele mai valoroase pe Lista monumentelor istorice.<\/p>\n

Cercetarea extins\u0103 a programului “Socialist Modernism” poate fi accesat\u0103 online sau \u00een volumele publicate: Ghidul de Arhitectur\u0103 \u201eArhitectura Modernist-Socialist\u0103 \u2013 Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Republica Moldova\u201d, edi\u021bia 2018; Albumul de fotografie \u201eModernismul Socialist \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Republica Moldova\u201d, edi\u021bia 2017<\/p>\n

Harta modernist socialist\u0103 ale Rom\u00e2niei \u0219i Republicii Moldova include circa 305 din obiectivele reprezentative ale ambelor \u021b\u0103ri. \u00cen total, harta cuprinde structuri \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite dup\u0103 func\u021biune \u00een 8 sec\u021biuni: institu\u021bii pentru educa\u021bie, cult, cultur\u0103 \u0219i sport (E); locuin\u021be (L); unit\u0103\u021bi comerciale \u015fi de servicii (C); cl\u0103diri administrative \u0219i complexe expozi\u021bionale (A); cl\u0103diri pentru transporturi (T); unit\u0103\u021bi hoteliere \u0219i de odihn\u0103 (S); unit\u0103\u021bi medicale (H); cl\u0103diri utilitare \u0219i ansambluri industriale (U).<\/p>\n

Obiectivele incluse sunt \u00eenso\u021bite de informa\u021bia privind autorii \u0219i anii edific\u0103rii, ce transform\u0103 harta \u00eentr-un instrument independent pentru identificarea arhitecturii modernist-socialiste. Scopul acestei h\u0103r\u021bi este de a atrage aten\u021bia asupra unicit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i valorii monumentelor arhitecturale modernist-socialiste \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, de a sus\u021bine eforturile Asocia\u021biei B.A.C.U. de includere pe LMI \u0219i de protejare a acestora. Chiar dac\u0103 unele sunt teoretic protejate de stat, ele se afl\u0103 totu\u0219i \u00eentr-o stare avansat\u0103 de degradare sau au fost reabilitate inadecvat.<\/p>\n

The map of socialist modernist architecture of Romania and the Republic of Moldova is a small part of the in-depth research conducted by the B.A.C.U. Association in 2013-2018 throughout Romania and the Republic of Moldova. During those years, B.A.C.U. documented, identified, monitored, protected and inventoried socialist-modernist structures, with the intention to include the most valuable of them on Heritage Historic Monuments List of both country’s<\/p>\n

The extended research, part of the “Socialist Modernism” program, is\u00a0 available online or in our already published volumes: the architectural guide \u201cModernist Socialist Architecture \u2013 Romania and the Republic of Moldova\u201d, 2018; the photo album \u201cSocialist Modernism in Romania and the Republic of Moldova\u201d, 2017<\/p>\n

The socialist-modernist map of Romania and the Republic of Moldova includes some of the landmarks of both countries. Overall, it includes 305 structures organized by function into 8 sections: institutions for education, cult, culture and sports (E); housing buildings (L); commercial and service facilities (C); administration buildings and exhibition halls (A); transport buildings (T); hotels and recreation centers (S); medical centers (H); utilitarian and industrial buildings (U).<\/p>\n

The selected structures are accompanied by a short information on authors and years of edification that turn the map into an independent tool for the identification of socialist modernist architecture. The aim of the map is to draw attention to the uniqueness and value of modernist socialist monuments and, last but not least, to support the efforts made by B.A.C.U. to include them on the Historic Monuments List and protect them. Even if some of the buildings are, theoretically, under the protection of the state, they are still in an advanced state of decay or have been inadequately restored.<\/p>\n
