Beldiman<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Vechea \u0218coal\u0103 de arhitectur\u0103 edificat\u0103 \u00een 1915-1921 nu mai putea face fa\u021b\u0103 num\u0103rului de studen\u021bi din anii \u201960, f\u0103c\u00e2nd necesar\u0103 extinderea. Ansamblul se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 triungiular\u0103, cu latura mic\u0103 spre strada Edgar Quinet \u0219i cele lungi spre str\u0103zile Academiei \u015fi Biserica Enei. Apari\u021bia noilor cl\u0103diri: etapa 1, latura Edgar Quinet, \u00een 1962-1963, pe baza proiectului arh. Heinz Novac; etapa 2, un corp de parter \u0219i 9 etaje pe col\u021bul str\u0103zilor Edgar Quinet \u0219i Academiei, incluz\u00e2nd atelierele de proiectare \u0219i cabinetele pentru profesori. Cl\u0103dirile sunt \u00een stare proast\u0103, cu tencuieli exterioare \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nite din cauza intemperiilor \u0219i infiltr\u0103rii apei, izolarea necorespunz\u0103toare a dus la igrasie \u0219i, local, la m\u0103cinarea betonului \u0219i expunerea arm\u0103turilor, care trebuie ref\u0103cute total.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The old School of Architecture built in 1915-1921 could no longer accommodate the increasing number of students in the \u201960s and required an extension. The ensemble covers a triangular surface with the smaller side on Edgar Quinet Street and the longer ones on Acadeiei and Biserica Enei streets. The new buildings were erected in stages: stage 1, the Edgar Quinet side, 1962-1963, based on plans by arch. Heinz Novac; stage 2, a G+9 building on the corner of Edgar Quinet and Academiei streets, including design studios and the professors\u2019 cabinets. The buildings are in a poor state, the exterior plaster is damaged by the weather and water infiltration, faulty insulation led to mould, decay of the concrete and, locally, exposure of the rebars, that require complete reconstruction.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1962-63.
