Este compus\u0103 din patru nivele care cuprind cele dou\u0103 func\u021biuni tipice la casele de cultur\u0103 ale perioadei \u2013 spectacole si club.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Se remarc\u0103 prin marile suprafe\u021be vitrate duse p\u00e2n\u0103 la baza cl\u0103dirii \u00een zona parcului \u0219i a pie\u021bei. Aceste ferestre supradimensionate au urm\u0103rit s\u0103 lege o comunicare c\u00e2t mai armonioas\u0103 a interiorului cu spa\u021biul exterior.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Reabilitarea complexului din anul 2017 a dus la eliminarea complet\u0103 a spa\u021biului public adiacent, amenajat modernist (prin pierderea f\u00e2nt\u00e2nii arteziene cu ceasul stilizat, semnate de Silaghi Petre).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Inaugurated in 1977, the Cultural Centre was located after a study that proved the validity of this integrated solution. The building consists of four storeys, that include the two functions typical for cultural centres of the socialist modernist period \u2013 shows and club. It is remarkable for its large glass surfaces, going all the way down in the areas overlooking the park and plazza. The oversized windows were meant to create the best possible connection with the outdoor space.
