Vaysbeyn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Casa Educa\u021biei Politice a C.C. al P.C. al R.S.S.M. a fost construit\u0103 \u00een 1975. Amplasat\u0103 \u00een zona central\u0103, pentru o rela\u021bionare apropiat\u0103 cu sediul central al C.C., cu Institutul de Istorie al Partidului din cadrul C.C. \u0219i cu Administra\u021bia Sindicatelor, cl\u0103direa g\u0103zduia un centru specific pentru instruirea teoretic\u0103 \u0219i metodic\u0103 a cadrelor de propagand\u0103 ale partidului \u0219i pentru studiile politice comsomoliste. Fa\u021bada principal\u0103 este orientat\u0103 c\u0103tre strada Sfatul \u021a\u0103rii (fost\u0103 Miciurin). Nivelul inferior este \u00een totalitate vitrat pe toate laturile \u0219i este retras perimetral cu 3 m \u00een raport cu fa\u021bada. \u00cen volumul principal este dispus\u0103 sala de \u0219edinte cu o capacitate de 800 de locuri. Din 1990 obiectivul a fost transformat \u00een Centrul Cultural \u201eGinta Latin\u0103\u201d. Starea de conservare este acceptabil\u0103, cu mici discrepan\u021be de estetic\u0103 cromatic\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Political Education Center of the Central Committee of the Moldovan Communist Party was built in 1975. Located downtown, to be in the proximity of the C.C. headquarters, the Party History Institute and the Unions\u2019 Administration, the building included a specific center for the theoretical and methodic instruction of propaganda personnel and for youth organizations political studies. The main fa\u00e7ade looks upon the Sfatul Tarii Street (former Miciurin). The lower level is entirely glazed on all sides and set back 3 m from the fa\u00e7ade. The main volume includes the 800-seat meeting room. After 1990 it became the Latin Ginta Cultural Center.
