Zakharov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cl\u0103direa este alc\u0103tuit\u0103 din dou\u0103 corpuri: unul principal, cu o form\u0103 rectangular\u0103 \u00een plan, cu func\u021biuni specifice unei institu\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u0219i unul secundar, mai mic, contrabalans\u00e2nd \u0219i accentu\u00e2nd zona de acces \u00een universitate. \u00centregul ansamblu se remarc\u0103 prin elementele decorative verticale din beton armat ce ritmeaz\u0103 fa\u021bada principal\u0103 \u0219i prin senza\u021bia de masivitate \u0219i stabilitate impus\u0103 de corpul adiacent intr\u0103rii principale \u00een cl\u0103dire. Marele pericol cu care se confrunt\u0103 imobilele este reabilitarea termic\u0103 \u0219i schimbarea finisajelor fa\u021badelor. De asemenea, se observ\u0103 alegerea u\u0219or agresiv\u0103 a culorii bleumarin pentru elementele structurale, inoportuna eliminare a parasolarelor \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, distrugerea lucr\u0103rii de art\u0103 monumental\u0103 de pe fa\u021bada principal\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The building is composed of two bodies: a main volume, of rectangular footprint, with the specific functions of a teaching institution, and a secondary one, smaller, a counterbalance and accent for the access area into the university. The whole ensemble is defined by the decorative reinforced concrete vertical elements that create a rhythm on the main fa\u00e7ade and by the solid sensation of stability given by the body adjacent to the main entrance. The greatest danger facing these buildings is thermal rehabilitation, that would involve a change of fa\u00e7ade finishings. Also, the dark blue color used on structural elements is slightly aggressive, while the elimination of parasolars and, last but not least, the destruction of the monumental art on the main fa\u00e7ade were ill advised.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201960-\u201970.
