Zaltsman, Yuri Tumanian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cu o form\u0103 regulat\u0103 \u00een plan, unul din cele trei auditorii similare ca form\u0103 ale Universit\u0103\u021bii Tehnice a Moldovei are o compozi\u021bie plastic\u0103 a fa\u021badei, din care se poate citi cu claritate organizarea func\u021bional\u0103 interioar\u0103.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cu toate acestea ea r\u0103m\u00e2ne o cl\u0103dire simbolic\u0103, datorit\u0103 registrului superior al fa\u021badei principale, constituit dintr-un volum masiv care iese in consol\u0103 peste parterul total vitrat \u0219i care este decorat cu un mozaic specific perioadei socialist-moderniste. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen prezent, cl\u0103direa este vandalizat\u0103 cu grafitti, afl\u00e2ndu-se \u00eentr-o stare de degradare vizibil\u0103 \u0219i \u00eengrijor\u0103toare. Primul registru al cl\u0103dirii este br\u0103zdat de aparate de aer condi\u021bionat \u0219i fire inestetice, care \u00eei afecteaz\u0103 considerabil aspectul.<\/p>\n<p>With a regular footprint, one of the three similarly shaped auditoriums of the Technical Univesity of Moldova boasts a telling composition of the fa\u00e7ade, offering a clear insight on the internal organization of the building.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is, however, a symbolic building, due to the upper register of the main fa\u00e7ade, consisting of a massive volume emerging over the all-glass ground floor. The register is decorated by a typical socialist modernist mosaic.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Currently, the building is vandalized by grafitti and its state of decay is obvious and of real concern. The lower register is covered in air-conditioning units and unaesthetic cables that seriously affect its aspect.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201980.
