The ground floor and first floor hosted the presentation store, while the other levels were reserved for production workshops. Currently, the building is in an advanced state of degradation, although the structure is still in good shape. The exterior finishings show mechanical wear, with several places where the plaster is completely or partially peeled off. The parasite buildings that surround the Fashion House, such as Felicia Pharmacy or La Placinte Restaurant, alter its original architectural aspect.

Construită în 1977.
