The layout and Y-shaped footprint were designed to answer exactly to those technical requirements. The structure of concrete diaphragms and walls was poured with the slipform technique. The completed facility included 10 elevator shafts grouped together, connected by circulation bridges every 4 meters, where testing took place with sensors and control equipment. After 1990 the building was privatised. No efficient solution was found to restore its former function, so it serves now as a billboard for the owner’s businesses.

Construit în 1986.
