Spre deosebire de aceea, aici corpul principal are o fa\u021bad\u0103 caracterizat\u0103 de accentuarea orizontalit\u0103\u021bii prin ferestrele de tip band\u0103, specifice modernismului.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Parterul \u0219i mezaninul se descriu prin corpuri de cl\u0103dire masive cu form\u0103 neregulat\u0103 \u00een plan, care ies din planul fa\u021badei \u0219i sunt dominate de p\u0103r\u021bi opace alternate cu spa\u021bii \u00een negativ &#8211; portice.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen prezent, cl\u0103direa se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare avansat\u0103 de degradare \u015fi necesit\u0103 interven\u021bie de urgen\u021b\u0103. Tencuiala exterioar\u0103 este degradat\u0103 din cauza intemperiilor, iar pe interior finisajele sufer\u0103 din lipsa lucr\u0103rilor de \u00eentre\u021binere.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of architectural and functional standardization, the building resembles the USPEE facility, the former House of Technology in Chisinau. Unlike it, however, its main building features a fa\u00e7ade defined by the horizontal accents established by bands of windows, typical for modernism.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The ground floor and the mezzanine are defined by massive wings having irregular footprints, protruding from the plan of the fa\u00e7ade and dominated by large opaque parts that alternate with negative volumes &#8211; porticoes. Currently, the building is in a bad state of disrepair and requires an emergency intervention. The outside<br \/>\nplaster has been degraded by weather, while inside the finishings suffer for lack<br \/>\nof maintenance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201980.
