Mosaic: Arts Fund Multi-Purpose Plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul me\u0219te\u0219ug\u0103resc este situat \u00een zona central\u0103 a B\u00e2rladului, fiind creat pentru produc\u021bia de \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte \u00een serii mici \u0219i personalizat\u0103 \u00een regiunea Moldovei, du unde \u0219i numele binecunoscut Crolux (Croitorie de Lux). Volumul cu patru etaje are dispuse atelierele de produc\u021bie \u0219i spa\u021biile administrative \u00een dou\u0103 corpuri legate \u00eentre ele cu o circula\u021bie vertical\u0103. Magazinul de desfacere era dispus la parter. Structura constructiv\u0103 a cl\u0103dirii este prefabricat\u0103 \u0219i realizat\u0103 din plan\u0219ee de tip dale casetate cu predale prefabricate. Pe fa\u021bada lateral\u0103, ce creeaz\u0103 frontul str\u0103zii principale, se afla un mozaic \u00een form\u0103 de carte deschis\u0103 executat din pl\u0103ci ceramice de dimensiuni mici de atelierele regionale ale Fondului Plastic. Lucrarea de art\u0103 monumental\u0103 a fost distrus\u0103 \u00een 2017 de actualii proprietari \u0219i \u00eenlocuit\u0103 cu tencuial\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Located in the center of Barlad, the Textile Crafts Center was created to accommodate small series and personalized garment production in the Moldova region, hence the well-known name CROLUX (abbreviated from luxury dressmaking). The 4-storey volume has workshops and administrative spaces distributed in two wings connected by a staircase. The presentation store was on the ground floor. The precast constructive structure was waffle slab floors with precast pre-slabs. The lateral fa\u00e7ade, on the main street front, was decorated with a mosaic of small ceramic plates created by the regional Arts Fund workshop. The monumental artwork was destroyed in 2017 by the current owners of the building and replaced with plaster.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1974.
