Constantinescu<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Fabrica Progresul era una din marile fabrici de \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103minte, dat\u00e2nd din anii \u201930, na\u021bionalizat\u0103 \u00een 1948 \u0219i redenumit\u0103 \u0218tefan Gheorghiu. \u00cen 1963 pe locul vechilor ateliere s-a ridicat actuala fabric\u0103, av\u00e2nd 16 ateliere \u0219i 2.500 de muncitori, care produceau \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103minte de toate tipurile, destinat\u0103 \u00een principal exportului. Edificiul prezint\u0103 fa\u021bade de o modernitate pur\u0103, tratate cu importan\u021b\u0103 egal\u0103, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere perspectiva larg\u0103 din jur. La interior se remarc\u0103 prin spa\u021biul dintre corpul vertical cu 5 niveluri \u0219i atelierele de produc\u021bie prev\u0103zute cu cupole de iluminare pe traseul holului de circula\u021bie, ca \u0219i prin intrarea principal\u0103 decorat\u0103 cu lucr\u0103ri de art\u0103 monumental\u0103. Dup\u0103 1989, fabrica s-a reorganizat sub numele Antilopa S.A. Proprietarii inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 demoleze \u00eentreaga platform\u0103 de 74 ha pentru a face loc unui cartier reziden\u021bial P+10.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Progresul was one of the largest shoe factories in the country since the \u201930s, nationalised in 1948 and renamed Stefan Gheorghiu. In 1963, the current factory was built to replace the old workshops. It included 16 production halls that employed 2,500, producing all types of shoes, especially for export. The fa\u00e7ades of the factory, in pure modernist style, are treated equally, given the wide surrounding space. The interior is remarkable for the space between the vertical 5-storey building and the production halls with light domes along the corridor and for the main entrance, decorated with monumental art. After 1989, the company was reorganized as Antilopa S.A.
