The facility includes Building A, with basement, ground floor and three upper levels, of which a split first floor; Building B, only ground floor, merging with Building A; and the service courtyard, with a platform covered by a concrete marquee on concrete pillars. Building A is especially interesting for its façades, decorated with perforated panels. The roof on Building B was made of precast stripes of reinforced concrete. Today, the facility is private property and maintains the original volumetry. Unfortunately, the perforated panels are painted in pale beige, while the initial design was colorless. The paint on the panels should be entirely removed.

Construit în 1967-1970.
