The ensemble is defined by interesting volumes and by the markedly polychrome stone plating. It is the merit of architect Vadim Klevensky, who tried to give character to the building consisting of an administrative wing and a meeting room wing. The latter is decorated with an impressively large panel representing the work performed to provide centralized thermal energy and hot water to the entire country – signed by the S.S.R.M. Arts Fund team. The administrative wing entirely preserves its original aspect. Today, the company managing the assets for the 37 hectares of district heating installations is legally bankrupt.

Construită în 1966.
