Cretoiu, Margareta Pinchis, Radu Patrulius<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Odat\u0103 cu ansamblul blocurilor de 9 etaje de pe Magistrala Nord-Sud, \u00een 1961 a fost construit\u0103 centrala termic\u0103 M\u0103r\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti 9-10, dispus\u0103 \u00een spatele corpului alimentar \u0219i flancat\u0103 de cele dou\u0103 blocuri de 9 etaje. Centrala termic\u0103 a fost rezolvat\u0103 printr-un acoperi\u0219 hiperboloidal ce evoc\u0103 spiritul modernist socialist, ca de altfel \u00eentregul complex de locuin\u021be. \u00cen anii preceden\u021bi, blocurile \u0219i centrala termic\u0103 au fost reabilitate termic inadecvat, f\u0103r\u0103 a p\u0103stra stilistica ini\u021bial\u0103, tipic\u0103 perioadei \u00een care au fost executate, \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 acordul autorilor proiectului de arhitectur\u0103. Pe latura dinspre magistral\u0103, \u00een corpul destinat ini\u021bial dot\u0103rilor ansamblului de locuin\u021be, func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ast\u0103zi un restaurant fast-food. Administratorii s\u0103i au construit pe latura centralei structuri parazitare pentru accesul angaja\u021bilor \u0219i pentru depozitare. (Vezi \u0219i Sec\u021biunea L, pozi\u021bia 72.)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Along with the 9-storey residential complex on the North-South Avenue, the Marasesti 9-10 thermal plant was built in 1961, behind the two 9-storey buildings. The plant received a hyperboloidal roof, in the same socialist modernist spirit as the whole complex. In recent years, the apartment buildings and the thermal plant were improperly rehabilitated, without any regard for their specific style and without the architects\u2019 permission. A fast-food restaurant has opened on the street front, in the volume designed for commercial facilities. Its managers placed parasite structures on the side of the thermal plant to provide storage space and an access for their staff.
