The well-studied curves offer perspectives that transport one to the \u201960s. Fortunately, the building, used by a textile company, has not suffered major alterations and remains in good state. The fact that it has a single owner saved it from the usual stylistical fragmentation seen in recent renovations. The exterior decorative plaster boasts details like joints drawn through different textures of plaster, a harmonious addition to the simple surfaces. There are few instances of infiltration in the plinth caused by improper flooring and there seem to be no roof infiltrations.
