Vaysbeyn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Casa Presei \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219urau activitatea nuclee de coresponden\u021bi, Uniunea Jurnali\u0219tilor din R.S.S.M. \u0219i publica\u021bii ca Moldova socialist\u0103, Via\u021ba satului, Chi\u0219in\u0103u, Gazeta de sear\u0103, Femeia Moldovei, Pedagogul sovietic, Sc\u00e2nteia leninist\u0103 \u0219i altele. Cl\u0103direa a fost creat\u0103 \u00eentr-o plastic\u0103 arhitectural\u0103 simpl\u0103 \u0219i sincer\u0103. Corpul principal de form\u0103 alungit\u0103 creeaz\u0103 frontul str\u0103zii, executat \u00een sistem de panouri prefabricate tip carcase. Panourile de beton armate de pe fa\u021bad\u0103 marcheaz\u0103 un relief fa\u021b\u0103 de br\u00e2urile orizontale de ferestre. \u00cen prezent, complexul este o \u00eentreprindere de stat, activitatea de baz\u0103 fiind \u00eenchirierea spa\u0163iilor c\u0103tre diferi\u021bi agen\u0163i economici. Starea de conservare a cl\u0103dirii este alarmant\u0103 \u0219i p\u0103r\u021bi ale complexului au suferit modific\u0103ri substan\u021biale, \u00een neconcordan\u021b\u0103 cu aspectul arhitectural ini\u021bial.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Press House accommodated teams of press correspondents, the S.S.R.M. Journalists\u2019 Union and publications such as Socialist Moldova, Village Life, Chisinau, The Evening Gazette, The Moldovan Woman, The Soviet Teacher, The Leninist Spark etc. The building was designed in a simple and sincere aesthetics. The main, elongated wing built in a precast carcass panel system creates the street front. The reinforced concrete panels on the fa\u00e7ade are protruding from the horizontal bands of windows. Currently, the complex is state-owned and its main economic activity is renting out the spaces to various companies.
