Architects: Mihai Enescu, Magda Lupu, Cristian Ionescu, Adrian Columban, Teodor Cenusa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Unitatea medical\u0103 cu profil special este dedicat\u0103 domeniului obstetric\u0103- ginecologie \u0219i aspectelor pediatrice colaterale de care e legat\u0103 natalitatea.<\/p>\n<p>Solu\u021bia func\u021bional-constructiv\u0103 a proiectului a presupus un grad de dificultate mai ridicat datorit\u0103 includerii spitalului \u00een incinta preexistent\u0103 a Spitalului Jude\u021bean, construit \u00een 1970-1971. Unitatea medical\u0103 cu 535 de paturi include dou\u0103 corpuri tip bar\u0103, de \u00een\u0103l\u021bimi decalate, legate \u00eentr-un nod central de circula\u021bie vertical\u0103. La nivelurile inferioare, destinate comunic\u0103rii cu exteriorul, erau prev\u0103zute serviciile tehnico-medicale, cele superioare fiind alocate spitaliz\u0103rii. Ast\u0103zi spitalul a fost modernizat doar la nivelurile inferioare. Etajele superioare au finisajele exterioare \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare, deoarece de la darea \u00een exploatare a cl\u0103dirii nu s-au mai f\u0103cut lucr\u0103ri de \u00eentre\u021binere.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>A specialized medical unit, for obstretrics-gynecology and associated pediatric care. The constructive and functional solution for the project was more difficult to find because the building had to fit in the pre-existing complex of the County Hospital, built in 1970-1971. The 535-bed unit includes two slab-shaped wings of different heights connected by a central circulation node. The lower storeys, opening to the exterior, hosted the technical services, while the upper storey accommodated the patients. Today, only the lower levels of the hospital have been modernised. The exterior finishings of the upper storeys are in a bad state of repair, as they have not seen any maintenance works since the inauguration.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1987.
