Arhitects: Cezar Lazarescu, Dinu Gheorghiu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sta\u021biunea balnear\u0103 cu 500 de locuri de cazare, policlinic\u0103 de tratament balnear, club \u0219i restaurant plus anexe utilizeaz\u0103 propriet\u0103\u021bile apelor minerale sulfuroase \u0219i ale n\u0103molului din Mangalia. Are o rezolvare elastic\u0103, pe configura\u021bia natural\u0103 denivelat\u0103. Volumetria exterioar\u0103 se remarc\u0103 prin ritmul lamelar vertical \u0219i prin jocul orizontal al plan\u0219eelor pe un fond cromatic alb, accentuat \u00een penumbra logiilor. La ultimul nivel, camerele sunt \u00eenconjurate de o teras\u0103 comun\u0103 acoperit\u0103 par\u021bial. Corpul bazinului, acoperit cu p\u00e2nze de beton armat dispuse \u00een evantai, pune \u00een valoare ansamblul prin compozi\u021bia expresiv\u0103. Ast\u0103zi sta\u021biunea a suferit modific\u0103ri, prin compartiment\u0103ri noi \u0219i materiale ce \u00eei schimb\u0103 caracterul, precum tencuiala amprentat\u0103 blumarin a fa\u021badei.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The balneary complex, including a 500-bed resort, a polyclinic, club, restaurant and annexes, harnesses the properties of sulphur waters and mud in Mangalia. The project uses an elastic solution to deal with the natural declivities of the ground. The exterior volume is notable for the rhythm of vertical slabs and horizontal floors on the white background, more apparent in the penumbra of the loggias. On the last floor, rooms are surrounded by a shared, partly covered terrace. The swimming pool building, with a zig-zag concrete roof, enhances the character of the complex with its expressive composition. Today, the facilities have been altered by new partitions and materials, like the dark blue stamped plaster on the fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1960.
