I.S.C.A.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hotelul de 580 de locuri, situat pe axa esplanadei dinspre mare, \u00eentr-o pozi\u021bie ce a determinat tratarea dominant\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de celelalte 5 hoteluri mari, formeaz\u0103 \u0219i acum accentul principal pe artera ce duce spre Bucure\u0219ti. Un sistem constructiv din diafragme de beton armat turnate \u00een cofraje glisante \u0219i plan\u0219ee de beton armat monolit, turnate ulterior. Corpurile de la parter au fost realizate \u00een structuri de beton armat, cu st\u00e2lpi cu grinzi la traveea de 9 m \u0219i plan\u0219eu dal\u0103 la cea de 6 m. Fa\u021badele corpului verical au fost tratate unitar pe toate laturile, cu lamele prefabricate utilizate pentru prinderea t\u00e2mpl\u0103riei, dar \u0219i cu rol plastic. Unitatea hotelier\u0103 a suferit mutilari estetice \u0219i func\u021bionale, fa\u021badele c\u0103p\u0103t\u00e2nd un aspect de turbo arhitectur\u0103, iar nivelurile inferioare fiind ocupate de magazine de textile.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The 580-bed hotel, located alongside the seaside esplanade, in a dominant position in relation with the other five big hotels, still remains the main accent on the road to Bucharest. The constructive system consists of reinforced concrete diaphragms poured in slipform technique and monolithic reinforced concrete floors, poured subsequently. The ground floor is on a reinforced concrete structure, with columns and beans for the 9 m spans and slab floors for the 6 m spans. All the fa\u00e7ades of the vertical wing are similar, with thin precast panels used for the joinery, but also for aesthetic purpose.<br \/>\nThe hotel suffered aesthetic and functional alterations, from the turbo architecture elements to the textile stores occupying the lower floors. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1963.
