(Today the pool is part of the Steaua de Mare Hotel Complex.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Centrele de odihn\u0103 Eforie I si Eforie II s-au aflat pe o direc\u021bie principal\u0103 a orient\u0103rii modernist socialiste. Cu o concep\u021bie sincer\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 exagerari inutile, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 transmit\u0103 prin structuri suple \u0219i u\u0219oare o atmosfer\u0103 estival\u0103, ele au fost distinse cu Premiul de Stat. Ansamblul Eforie I consta dintr-un grup de cl\u0103diri tip bar\u0103 cu maximum 3 niveluri \u0219i un centru comunitar pe 2 niveluri (Restaurantul Neon), iar Eforie II, cu varia\u021bii plastice minore, din cl\u0103diri similare cu maximum 5 niveluri, pozi\u021bionate lateral fa\u021b\u0103 de silueta dominant\u0103 a restaurantului s\u0103u, Perla M\u0103rii. Ambele ansambluri au fost fragmentate \u00een ultimile trei decenii, suferind mutil\u0103ri irecuperabile, Restaurantul Neon fiind aproape o ruin\u0103, iar Perla M\u0103rii &#8211; sufocat de instala\u021bii parazitare de sezon, de\u0219i dosarul s\u0103u de clasare se afl\u0103 de ani buni la Ministerul Culturii.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Eforie I and Eforie II leisure centers were examples of mainstream socialist modernism. A concept based on sincerity and free of useless exaggerations, trying to convey the spirit of summer through their souple and light structures, the buildings received the State Awards. Eforie I included rectangular, up to 3-storey buildings and a two-storey community center (Neon Restaurant), while Eforie II, with minimal style variations, had up to 5-storey buildings oriented sideways from the dominant silhouette of its restaurant, Perla Marii (Sea Pearl). Both ensembles have been fragmented during the last three decades and irreversibly mutilated: Neon restaurant is a ruin and Perla Marii is suffocated by improvised installations, although its classification file has been waiting for years at the Culture Ministry.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construite \u00eentre 1957-59.
