Cluj-Napoca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Situat pe Dealul Hoia, l\u00e2ng\u0103 ruinele unei foste a\u0219ez\u0103ri militare medievale, Hotelul Belvedere este format din dou\u0103 volume distincte, unul dezvoltat pe orizontal\u0103, \u00eencadrat \u00een relieful existent, cu toate dot\u0103rile \u0219i spa\u021biile tehnice distribute pe dou\u0103 subsoluri \u0219i parter, cel\u0103lalt dezvoltat pe vertical\u0103, cuprinz\u00e2nd \u00een jur de 400 de locuri de cazare distribuite pe 6 niveluri terasate. Primul volum, conceput cu un hol vitrat deschis, orientat c\u0103tre ora\u0219 , grupeaz\u0103 \u00een jurul cur\u021bii interioare toate \u00eenc\u0103perile destinate publicului: piscina, restaurantul, tersele, etc. Ast\u0103zi, hotelul \u0219i-a p\u0103strat \u00een mare parte aspectul ini\u021bial, cu mici lucr\u0103ri de mentenan\u021b\u0103 efectuate la un nivel mediocru.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Located on Hoia Hill, next to the ruins of a former medieval military settlement, the Belvedere Hotel consists of two distinct volumes &#8211; a horizontal one, adapted to the declivities of the ground, with the amenities and technical spaces distributed on the ground floor and two underground levels; and a vertical one, with 400 beds on 6 successive setback floors. The lower volume has a glazed lounge, opening towards the city, and public spaces organized around the inner courtyard: the swimming pool, the restaurant, open-air terraces, etc. Today, the hotel has preserved much of its original aspect, having undergone only sparse and mediocre maintenace works.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1975.
