Datorit\u0103 \u00een\u0103l\u021bimii cl\u0103dirii, cele 10 niveluri de cazare, care includ 230 de paturi, ofer\u0103 perspective interesante c\u0103tre punctele de interes din \u00eemprejurimi. Concep\u021bia general\u0103 a ansamblului a urm\u0103rit crearea unor volume care s\u0103 corespund\u0103 func\u021biunilor. Terasa generoas\u0103 a restaurantului \u0219i terasele balcoanelor au fost \u00eenchise cu t\u00e2mpl\u0103rii exterioare \u00een urma lucr\u0103rilor de reabilitare efectuate \u00een 2011. \u00cen afar\u0103 de problemele estetice pe care le ridic\u0103 aceste modific\u0103ri ale fa\u021badei, la care se adaug\u0103 cromatica strident\u0103, apar \u0219i probleme de ventilare a spa\u021biilor interioare.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Grand Hotel occupies an important place in Targu Mures, being located in the very heart of the city, built in 1973, without altering its historic nucelus. Its height &#8211; the ten storeys of the accomodation wing with a total capacity of 230 beds &#8211; offers interesting vantage points towards the main attractions in the area. The general concept of the ensemble was to create appropriate volumes for each function. The generous terrace of the restaurant and the balconies have been closed with exterior frames following the 2011 rehabilitation. Apart from the aesthetic problems raised by these fa\u00e7ade alterations &#8211; to which one might add the improper colors &#8211; the closures have also created ventillation problems.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1973.
