I.P.B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O resistematizare de amploare dup\u0103 seismul din 1977 a cuprins zona dintre \u0218tirbei Vod\u0103 \u0219i Nuferilor. Pentru complexul hotelier a fost rezervat\u0103 o por\u021biune dominant\u0103, inclusiv pe locul imobilului MICA, ce g\u0103zduia cofet\u0103ria Nestor. Proiect Bucure\u0219ti a primit sarcina de a crea un concept de lux, care s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 orice alt\u0103 dotare din \u021bar\u0103. Complexul cu opt niveluri avea 850 de locuri de cazare, spa\u021bii pentru public la parter \u0219i mezanin, holul recep\u021biei, bar, restaurant, sal\u0103 polivalent\u0103, s\u0103li de tratative, sal\u0103 de mic dejun, shop, flor\u0103rie, piscin\u0103 acoperit\u0103, bazin \u00een aer liber, agen\u021bie comercial\u0103, parcaj subteran etc. \u00cen execu\u021bie au fost implicate mai multe \u00eentreprinderi din capital\u0103 \u0219i din \u021bar\u0103. Din 2009, cl\u0103direa a fost preluat\u0103 de un lan\u021b hotelier interna\u021bional \u0219i complet mutilat\u0103, pastr\u00e2ndu-se doar scheletul.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>A substantial re-planning after the 1977 earthquake included the area between Stirbei Voda and Nuferilor streets. The hotel was allotted a dominant position. Proiect Bucuresti was assigned the task of creating a luxury concept, surpassing any existing facillity in the country. The 8-storey complex had 850 beds, public spaces on the ground floor and mezzanine, lounge, bar, restaurant, polivalent hall, conference rooms, breakfast room, shop, flower shop, covered swimming pool and outdoor pool, commercial agency, underground parking etc. Several enterprises in the country took part in the building process.
