LenZNII<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hotelul Cosmos, un proiect elaborat de colectivul de la LenZNII, formeaz\u0103 \u0219i acum, umil printre construc\u021biile parazitare de care este flancat, cap\u0103tul de perspectiv\u0103 al bulevardului Gagarin, accentu\u00e2nd astfel intrarea \u00een sectorul central al ora\u0219ului. Fa\u021bada are o rezolvare plastic\u0103, cu balcoane dispuse \u00een tabl\u0103 de \u0219ah la toate cele 18 etaje. Cele dou\u0103 niveluri de jos sunt ocupate de foaier \u0219i restaurant. \u00cen 2007, Sindicatele din Republica Moldova au v\u00e2ndut la licita\u021bie Hotelul Cosmos. Ast\u0103zi el nu mai func\u021bioneaz\u0103 la \u00eentreaga sa capacitate \u0219i nici nu mai corespunde standardelor actuale de confort. \u00centreg ansamblul hotelier se prezint\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare jalnic\u0103, at\u00e2t exteriorul, c\u00e2t \u0219i interiorul necesit\u0103 lucr\u0103ri de restaurare, iar structurile parazitare din jur \u00eei afecteaz\u0103 aspectul.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Cosmos Hotel, a project of the LenZNII Institute team, still marks the end of the axis of Gagarin Boulevard, albeit humbled by the parasite structures flanking it. Its presence empahsizes the entrance into the Central District. The fa\u00e7ade has an expressive solution, with balconies distributed in a chessboard pattern on all 18 floors. The first two floors are occupied by the lobby and restaurant. In 2007, the Unions in the Republic of Moldova auctioned the hotel. Today, it no longer functions at full capacity nor answers the requirements for a confortable stay. The whole complex is in a dire state, in urgent need of repairs both inside and outside, while the surrounding parasite structures alter its overall aspect.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1982.
