Carpati<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hotelul Flora a fost proiectat de un colectiv condus de arhitectul \u0218erban Manolescu, cu colaborarea arhitec\u021bilor Simona \u0218teblea, Gabriel Tureanu \u0219i Alexandra Mo\u021boc. Au mai contribuit: pentru partea de rezisten\u021b\u0103, colectivul condus de inginerul Andrei Cr\u0103ciun; pentru instala\u021bii, colectivul condus de inginerii Valentin Marinescu, Cri\u0219an C\u00e2mpianu \u0219i Mircea Oniga. Din punct de vedere func\u021bional, tema proiectului a prev\u0103zut toate cele necesare unui hotel de categoria lux cu 300 de locuri echipat cu o mic\u0103 baz\u0103 medical\u0103, cu cabinete de consulta\u021bie \u0219i tratament geriatric, cu instala\u021bii de hidroterapie, aerosoli \u0219.a. Privatizat \u00een 1998, hotelul a fost reamenajat ireversibil at\u00e2t func\u021bional, c\u00e2t \u0219i estetic, p\u0103str\u00e2nd volumetria ini\u021bial\u0103, dar av\u00e2nd \u00een jur structuri parazitare folosite pentru evenimente, nun\u021bi etc.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Flora Hotel was designed by a team led by architect Serban Manolescu, aided by architects Simona Steblea, Gabriel Tureanu and Alexandra Motoc, with the contribution of a team led by Andrei Craciun for structural engineering, and one led by engineers Valentin Marinescu, Crisan Campianu and Mircea Oniga for installations. In terms of functionality, the theme included all the amenities of a luxury hotel for 300 guests endowed with a small medical center, with consultation rooms and geriatric therapy facilities such as hydrotherapy, aerosols etc. Privatized in 1998, the hotel was refurbished, with irreversible functional and aesthetic alterations. It preserves the original volumetry, but is surrounded by parasite structures like events and wedding pavilions a.s.o.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1978.
