Architect: Gheorghe Garleanu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hotelul Continental din Timi\u0219oara, proiectat de arhitectul Gheorghe G\u00e2rleanu, are 12 niveluri \u0219i o capacitate de 304 locuri repartizate \u00een 119 camere cu 2 paturi, 16 camere cu 2 paturi cu posibilitate de comunicare, 30 de camere cu un pat \u0219i dou\u0103 apartamente. Parterul \u0219i mezaninul sunt ocupate de spa\u021biile comune \u0219i de un restaurant cu 200 de locuri \u00een sal\u0103 \u0219i 120 pe teras\u0103. La etajul 13 a fost amenajat\u0103 o teras\u0103 semiacoperit\u0103 cu vedere panoramic\u0103. Liniile plasticii exterioare, cu mici elemente preluate de la construc\u021biile existente de-a lungul bulevardului principal, acurate\u021bea \u0219i succesiunea elementelor din beton prefabricat integreaz\u0103 bine cl\u0103direa \u00een ambian\u021ba general\u0103. Situat \u00een zona central\u0103 a ora\u0219ului, pe un teren liber, ansamblul \u00eenc\u0103 beneficiaz\u0103 de un cadru urban remarcabil.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Continental Hotel in Timisoara, designed by architect Gheorghe Garleanu, is 12-storey high and has 304 beds in 119 double rooms, 16 communicating doubles, 30 single rooms and 2 apartments. The ground floor and mezzanine have been designed to accommodate public spaces and a restaurant with 200 seats inside and 120 outside. A semi-covered terrace was fitted on the 13<sup>th<\/sup> floor, enjoying a panoramic view. The exterior of the hotel, with elements picked up from buildings on the main avenue, as well as the accuracy and succession of precast concrete elements, perfectly integrate the building in the surroundings.
