The protrusions created on the façade by precast reinforced concrete elements underline the robust modernity of a building designed for a declivitous ground. After the ’90s, the hotel was sold and resold several times, the new ownership regime leading to court cases, convictions, mortgages a.s.o. After 2014, it was turned by its owners into a business center. The building still preserves the original aspect, but urgently needs restoration and cleaning.

Construit în anii ’70.
