Gheorghiu Dej city) included a 11-storey hotel with a low-rise food service building by its side. The complex is at the end of the axis of Republicii Boulevard. The accessways, the lobby, the reception halls, the restaurant and technical spaces occupy the whole ground floor. The guest rooms are distributed in a slab-shaped wing with a rigorous façade, where the precast elements create a play of plane surfaces at different angles, so the façades look differently depending on orientation, light and shadow. Rehabilitation works did not take into account the original design, leaving the locals with the feeling of an unknown building.

Construit în 1975.
