Architects: Dinu Gheorghiu, Gabriel Tureanu, Gabriel Iordanescu with Serban Manolescu, Alexandru Motoc<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Fostul complex hotelier format din Hotelurile Turist \u0219i Parc, din apropierea Pavilionului Expozi\u021biei Realiz\u0103rilor Economiei Na\u021bionale (EREN), a fost creat pentru invita\u021bii acestuia. Cele dou\u0103 cl\u0103diri tip lam\u0103 \u0219i corpul pavilionar au fost concepute pe dou\u0103 direc\u021bii, una vertical\u0103, a caz\u0103rii, \u0219i alta orizontal\u0103, a spa\u021biilor comune \u0219i a serviciilor. Plastica exterioar\u0103 este accentuat\u0103 de utilizarea unor elemente prefabricate din beton armat interpretate \u00eentr-o tehnic\u0103 modernist\u0103. Dup\u0103 reabilitarea inadecvat\u0103 din 1995, aspectul original s-a schimbat \u00een totatlitate. Terasele au fost remodeloate \u00eentr-o factur\u0103 naiv\u0103, iar textura betonului aparent de pe elementele prefabricate ale fa\u021badelor a fost acoperit\u0103 cu tencuieli \u00eentr-o cromatic\u0103 care \u00eei d\u0103 un aspect dezolant. Lucr\u0103rile de reabilitare nu au avut acordul autorilor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The former tourist complex, that included Turist and Parc Hotels, was located near the National Exhibition Pavilion (EREN) and was created for E.R.E.N. guests. The two slab-shaped buildings and the pavilion were developed on two dimensions: the vertical axis, for the accommodation, and the horizontal one, for public spaces and services. The exterior was highlighted by the use of precast reinforced concrete elements interpreted in a modernist technique. After the 1995 rehabilitation, the original aspect was completely altered. Terraces were remodeled in a naive fashion, while the apparent concrete texture on the precast elements of the fa\u00e7ades was covered in plaster, in colors that give it a desolate aspect.
