Etajele superioare, destinate caz\u0103rii, puteau g\u0103zdui 580 de persoane, iar servicile erau dispuse la nivelurile inferioare. Printr-o galerie se ajungea la restaurante (470 de locuri), la sala de banchete \u0219i la bar. Interioarele erau decorate cu ornamente metalice \u0219i cu sculpturi \u00een lemn \u0219i piatr\u0103. Hotelul a f\u0103cut parte p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 1992 din re\u021beaua hotelier\u0103 sovietic\u0103 Intourist, iar p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2006 din patrimoniul statului, dup\u0103 care a fost privatizat. Acum este p\u0103r\u0103sit \u0219i se afl\u0103 \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare, volumul \u00eenalt fiind preg\u0103tit pentru demolare din 2013 \u0219i demontat p\u00e2n\u0103 la carcasa de beton. Din 2016 se afl\u0103 pe lista de obiective propuse de B.A.C.U. pentru clasare Ministerului Culturii din Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The 15-storey high hotel was among the most representative in Chisinau, hosting the most fastuous parties for foreign tourists and visiting officials. The upper floors could accommodate 580, while the lower floors were reserved for services. A gallery led to the restaurants (470 seats), the ball room and the bar. The interiors were decorated with metalwork and wood and stone sculptures. Until 1992, the hotel was part of the Soviet Intourist chain and it remained state-owned until 2006, when it was privatised. It is now abandoned and in a dire state, the higher volume being ready for demolition since 2013, stripped to the concrete carcass. In 2016, it was included among the buildings proposed by B.A.C.U. for listing to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1974.
