Bechesevici’s plans, with a capacity of 127 rooms totalling 305 beds. Besides the usual amenities such as a restaurant, a cofee-shop and a bar, the hotel also included an event area, souvenir shops and a bookshop. The building is six-storey high. Although it has decayed and today it is in an advanced state of degradation, the hotel is still partly functional. Public spaces and the foodservice area have been rented out to private companies that run similar activities. The rented spaces have been refurbished in a style that is incompatible with the general architectural concept of the ensemble.

Construit în 1971.
