I.S.C.A.S.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hotelul Ceahl\u0103u, amplasat la cap\u0103tul uneia din str\u0103zile principale \u0219i orientat c\u0103tre dealul Pietricica, ocup\u0103 cel mai important punct de perspectiv\u0103 al ansamblului de locuin\u021be. Are o capacitate de 264 de paturi \u0219i 16 niveluri, cu un parter creat ca un soclu larg pentru volumul de cazare dispus vertical. La parter erau amplasate recep\u021bia cu anexele sale, restaurantul de 250 de locuri, servicii, magazine, braseria, agen\u021bia ONT, terasele \u0219i cur\u021bile interioare. Etajele 1-11 de cazare au fost dispuse c\u0103tre cele trei direc\u021bii care ofer\u0103 perspective interesante, iar la etajul 12, barul \u0219i o mare teras\u0103 se bucur\u0103 de cea mai ampl\u0103 panoram\u0103. Demisolul \u0219i ultimul nivel sunt folosite pentru spa\u021bii tehnice. Ast\u0103zi spa\u021biul de la parter a fost ocupat de o banc\u0103, care a distrus, prin montarea peretelui cortin\u0103, panourile imense de art\u0103 monumental\u0103 de pe fa\u021bada principal\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ceahlau Hotel, located at the end of one of the main streets of the city, looking on Pietricica Hill, occupies the vantage point of the residential area. It has 264 beds on 16 levels, with a ground floor designed as a large base for the vertical accommodation wing. The ground floor used to host the reception and related spaces, the 250-seat restaurant, service spaces, shops, a brasserie, a tourist agency, the terraces and inner courtyards. The floors from 1 to 11 are oriented to catch the most interesting views, while on the 12<sup>th<\/sup> floor the bar and a large terrace share the best panorama. Technical spaces are distributed on the semi-basement and upper floor. Today, the ground floor is occupied by a bank which installed a curtain-wall, destroying the large monumental art panels on the main fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1966.
