Accesul c\u0103tre nivelurile parc\u0103rii acoperite se face printr-o spiral\u0103 dispus\u0103 la cap\u0103tul s\u0103u prelungit, facilitat de forma curb\u0103 a traseului. Spa\u021biul destinat accesului auto era deschis, \u00eens\u0103 a fost obturat, probabil din motive de siguran\u021b\u0103. Cl\u0103direa, \u00eentr-o stare avansat\u0103 de degradare, risc\u0103, din spusele angaja\u021bilor, s\u0103 fie demolat\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenlocuit\u0103 cu o cl\u0103dire de locuin\u021be, acum fiind \u00een proces de a fi transferat\u0103 \u00een proprietate privat\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Parliament Garage, a special building that became a pilgrimage destination for many socialist modernism enthusiasts, stands out for its curtain wall systems positioned on the glazed areas, with precast reinforced concrete elements that have circular holes with metal parasolars all around the L-shaped building. A spiral at the end of the long side of the L provides access to the indoor parking levels &#8211; the curved lane facilitating<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>the drive. The car access area was initially open, but closed later, probably for security reasons.
