It was built in 1976, after a plan drafted by architect Ilie Dumitrescu from the Bucharest Railway Design Institute. The diverse succession of surfaces and simple materials, including apparent concrete, give the composition a marked personality. The unity of style is provided by the same rhythm that defines the rest of the ensemble. In post-socialist years, the building was disused, serving as storage space until 2016, when it temporarily became an arts center. It found its vocation in 2017, when it became part of a well-known food retail chain.

Construită în 1976.
