Gofman<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Casa Editurilor a fost edificat\u0103 \u00een 1980 \u0219i a g\u0103zduit aparatul de stat al R.S.S.M. pe probleme de poligrafie, v\u00e2nzare de carte \u0219i editur\u0103: Cartea Moldoveneasc\u0103, Literatura Artistic\u0103, Timpul etc. Compozi\u021bional, cl\u0103direa este reprezentat\u0103 de o dominant\u0103 vertical\u0103 puternic\u0103: 14 niveluri pe stilobat. Centrul, executat \u00eentr-o structur\u0103 monolit \u0219i prefabricat\u0103, dispunea de cele mai recente echipamente de inginerie la acea vreme, inclusiv aer condi\u021bionat centralizat. La decorarea fa\u021badelor s-a folosit aluminiu \u0219i stemalit, iar por\u021biunile opace au fost finisate cu pl\u0103ci de calcar. \u00cen zilele noastre, cl\u0103direa \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streaz\u0103 \u00een mare parte estetica arhitectural\u0103 original\u0103. Spa\u021biile de la parter, destinate libr\u0103riilor, au fost sub\u00eenchiriate unor companii comerciale private.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Publishing Center was built in 1980<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>in order to accommodate the state apparatus in the field of poligraphy, book sales and publishing, including publishing houses like Cartea Moldoveneasca, Literatura Artistica, Timpul etc. In terms of composition, the building is defined by a strong vertical dominant: 14 storeys on a plinth. The center, built on a precast-monolithic structure, was endowed with the latest equipments of the time, including central air conditioning. Fa\u00e7ades were decorated with aluminum and enameled glass, with the opaque parts finished in limestone plates. Today, the building still preserves much of the original architecture. The ground floor spaces, designed to host bookshops, have been rented out to private commercial companies.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit\u0103 \u00een 1980.
