Conceptul edificat sub coordonarea arhitectului B. \u0218pac se remarc\u0103 prin volumul \u00een consol\u0103 destinat conferin\u021belor. Finalizat concomitent cu alte comitete executive din Chi\u0219in\u0103u, dup\u0103 acela\u0219i proiect-tip, a fost o inova\u021bie pentru arhitectura modernist\u0103 din capitala Moldovei, atr\u0103g\u00e2nd \u0219i acum aten\u021bia trec\u0103torilor. Cl\u0103direa, care a servit drept comitet executiv al sectorului Frunze, e \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare. A fost semnalat\u0103 apari\u021bia unor fisuri la baza corpului \u00een consol\u0103 din cauza recentelor s\u0103p\u0103turi la funda\u021biile unui bloc de birouri, la c\u00e2\u021biva metri distan\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Located on a hill, next to the Medical School, the interesting structure includes an administrative wing and a separate volume for conferences, official events and local council meetings. The concept, created under the coordination of architect B. Shpak, stands out for its cantilevered conference hall. Completed alongside other local administration centers (known as executive committees) in Chisinau, after a standard design, the structure was an innovation for the Moldovan modernist architecture and still attracts the eyes of passers-by. The building, that used to serve as local council for the Frunze District, is now in an advanced state of degradation. Cracks have been noticed at the base of the cantilevered volume after workers dug the foundation of an office tower a few meters away.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit\u0103 \u00een 1975.
