Dorofeyev<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul de cl\u0103diri destinate Ministerului Telecomunica\u021biilor a fost realizat spre sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anilor \u201980, f\u0103c\u00e2nd parte din dezvoltarea sectorului central al capitalei. Cele trei corpuri noi, finisate \u00een beton aparent, \u00eenchegate coerent cu cele dou\u0103 corpuri ale centrului de telefonie interurban\u0103 construit \u00een anii \u201960, au format frontul reprezentativ al bulevardului principal. Pe lateral s-a creat o pia\u021b\u0103 ce a favorizat accesul principal \u00een corpul de 16 etaje al Ministerului Telecomunica\u021biilor \u0219i a dat posibilitatea publicului larg de a ajunge la centrul comercial TzUM (acum UNIC), construit \u00een 1983. Corpurile joase au fost tratate cu plinuri mari, at\u00e2t din motive func\u021bionale, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru a ob\u021bine un contrast cu corpul principal, de birouri. \u00cen prezent, complexul este administrat de compania de telecomunica\u021bii de stat. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The complex of buildings of the Telecommunications Ministry was completed in the late \u201980s, as part of the development of the Central District. The three new buildings, finished in apparent concrete and coherently connected with the two wings of the long-distance phone center built in the \u201960, created the representative front of the main boulevard. A square was created on one side, providing access to the main entrance of the 16-storey building of the Ministry and a passage for the public towards the TzUM shopping center (now UNIC) built in 1983. The lower wings were mostly opaque, both for functional reasons and in order to create a contrast with the main office building.
