Belea, Eugen Apostol et al.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O cl\u0103dire impresionant\u0103, cu gabarite mari, ministerul a fost conceput cu dou\u0103 noduri de circula\u021bie verticale pe lateral, intr\u0103rile principale pentru func\u021bionari \u0219i public la parter, cabinetele la etajul 1, la celelalte etaje birouri de lucru, iar la ultimul &#8211; o sal\u0103 de \u0219edin\u021be. Un detaliu interesant: fa\u021badele au fost tratate cu elemente ceramice \u0219i travertin caracteristice unei cl\u0103diri administrative, iar jocul umbrelor rezultate din ancadramentele ferestrelor dispuse \u00een tabl\u0103 de \u0219ah \u00eei dau un caracter reprezentativ. \u00cen prezent, cl\u0103direa este \u00eenc\u0103 proprietate de stat, dar \u00een spa\u021biile sale sunt g\u0103zduite diferite entit\u0103\u021bi precum agen\u021bia de cadastru, partide ale minorit\u0103\u021bilor etc. Starea de conservare este acceptabil\u0103, nepun\u00e2nd la socoteal\u0103 faptul c\u0103, periodic, cl\u0103direa devine un uria\u0219 panou publicitar.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>An impressive building with large volumes, the Ministry was designed with two vertical circulation nodes on one side, the main accessways for the staff and public on the ground floor, high-level offices on the first floor, regular offices on the rest of the floors and a meeting rooom on the last level. An interesting detail: the fa\u00e7ades were covered in ceramic plates and travertine, as was typical for administrative buildings at the time, but the light and shadows play of the chessboard windows gives character to the building. The edifice is still state property, but it accommodates various entities such as the land survey agency, minority political parties etc. The conservation state is acceptable, not counting the fact that the building periodically becomes a huge billboard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201970.
